After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive an invitation to securely provide information that may include:

- Preferred doctors and providers
- Current prescriptions
- Household information
- Other details that help us prepare for your appointment
By completing this information ahead of time, our advisors can spend less time gathering information and more time getting to know your needs, answering your questions, and helping you understand your health insurance options.
